The hotel is ideal and spotlessly clean, nestled in a historic building with lovely view of Akaroa bay. The property has a stunning and pleasant location, minutes from Akaroa Adventure Centre. It's in the local area close to the bay, Close to great restaurants, and a large, well maintained garden which is another bonus.

    No negatives from this place!

Great location! It's in a quiet neighborhood right next to a park 🌳. If you're looking to grab dinner nearby, La Thai is the place to go.

The Balcony: Sitting on the balcony, soaked in the morning sun, sipping tea, I felt like the star of my own reality show. Who needs a flat-screen TV when you have the stunning Akaroa view right in front of you?

Breakfast Setup: Awkward breakfast moments with non-English speaking companions. A choice of breakfast settings for couples seeking solitude could solve this easily.

I had a wonderful stay in this city. The hotel is situated in a quiet area next to a park, with lovely views of the harbour. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive and it had all the hotel facilities I needed, including a full kitchen with an oven and hob, as well as a BBQ. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk down to the centre. The breakfast provided was amazing, with freshly baked bread and cookies. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, catering to my dietary needs.

    Cannot find any fault.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, being close to a peaceful park and a stroll down the city center. the apartment itself is well-furnished and provided ample facilities and advantages such as a full kitchen with oven and hob, and even a barbeque. Guests are also treated to a hearty breakfast, home-baked cookies and bread with fantastic views of the harbour.

There is no negative aspect to report.

I enjoyed sipping tea on my balcony, just like a posh lady should. Lincoln is a whopping 43 km away, so I didn't have to deal with any unwanted visitors. Magnifique!

I mean, really, who wants to be only 43 km away from Lincoln? Such a glamorous destination.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect with stunning views of French Bay, and the hosts, Alison and Ross, treated us like pampered friends.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have a wider variety of pastries.
